Welcome to your integrative astrology session, where your natal chart becomes a practical, psychologically-attuned mirror for what’s actually happening in your life. Together, we’ll use astrology as a map and a doorway: clarifying patterns, naming themes, and locating the specific “pressure points” where shadow material, intuition, and nervous system responses tend to live.

You don’t need any prior knowledge of astrology, shadow work, or somatics. Come as you are: with real questions, real life context, and a willingness to explore. I read using Tropical Astrology + the Placidus house system (Whole Sign available on request).

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

Depending on what you’re navigating (and what’s most alive in the chart), your session will typically include a few key elements:

⭆ Chart-Based Inquiry + Coaching Conversation
This portion often resembles motivational interviewing: I’ll read what I notice in the chart right off the bat, then ask focused questions to understand what you’re working with. From there, we’ll anchor it to the chart in a way that’s specific and usable. We’ll typically explore:

1. the situation you’re in (and the core tension you want clarity on) and any relevant areas of life,

2. the narratives and interpretations your mind has built around it,

3. the underlying pattern the chart points to (needs, defenses, drives, attachments, shadow),

4. what your intuition may already know (but hasn’t had language for yet), and

5. your desired outcome (so we can translate insight into real-world movement).

⭆ Integrative “Reading the Psyche” (Astrology + Shadow + Intuition)
As I read your chart, I’m also tracking where you light up, where you shut down, what you avoid, what you over-control, and what you’re quietly longing for. Sometimes the most important information isn’t the “answer,” but the place your system reacts, because that’s often where the gold is. This is where astrology stops being abstract and starts becoming integration.

⭆ Optional: Somatic Processing / Active Imagination (When Helpful, Always With Consent)
If it serves what we’re uncovering, I may invite you into a short somatic check-in or guided active imagination sequence. This can help us work directly with subconscious material the chart is pointing to, especially when we’re dealing with fear, stuckness, compulsions, grief, old relational imprints, or a “I know what I should do but I can’t do it” pattern.
These sequences may feel like lucid dreaming or symbolic storytelling: unexpected, vivid, and deeply clarifying. You’re always in choice, and we only go as far as your system can comfortably hold.

⭆ Nervous System Support (Grounding + Safety First)
This may be as simple as orienting, slowing down, tracking sensation, adjusting posture, or using a brief regulation tool before/during/after deeper material. The goal is to keep you resourced so insight can land—and change can actually stick.

⭆ Integration + Next Steps
We’ll close by translating what we discovered into practical integration: what to reflect on, what to practice, what to stop feeding, and what to strengthen. If appropriate, I’ll offer a few grounded “try-this” practices (journaling prompts, nervous system supports, rituals, or integration exercises) tailored to your themes.
