The intention of the Shadow Work Reflection Group is to practice processing, sharing and releasing subconscious blocks and their emotions within the safety of a close-knit, growth-oriented community.

If you relate to any the following…….
You struggle with communicating your feelings, needs, and boundaries to others
You crave closeness and connection but struggle to trust others
You feel dissatisfied in your close connections and crave more depth and curiosity
You CRAVE authenticity but are afraid to really step out of your comfort zone with your current relationships
You struggle with strong feelings -- either repressing them or going out of your way to avoid things that may trigger them…. 😅
You struggle with directly asking for what you want and need, and either withdraw or manipulate situations so you don’t have to openly and vulnerably ask for what you want/need.
You really want to expand your personal growth practice but don’t know where to start
You don’t trust yourself. 🥲
If this is you, congrats! You have subconsciously stored pain-points around relationships! 😃 (but don’t worry -- this is actually painfully normal).
The funny part is that because of these stored associations, you are actually keeping yourself trapped by unconsciously interacting with situations in a way that creates results that prove your limiting beliefs, thus reinforcing those subconscious imprints.
What better way to heal relationship trauma than with other people who are on the same journey?
This group space is designed to give you a safe place to explore your feelings in a judgement-free way, help you uncover the behavior patterns keeping you stuck, and consciously create more freedom and security in your life. You are gonna fortify your sense of self-trust, just by being here, baybeee!
Meeting Format:
Grounding Exercise - a 5 minute meditation or mindfulness exercise
Introductions - Individually sharing name, location, present moment feelings, & anything else you want to share!
Individual Shares - Timed shares (popcorn style) to talk about whatever you want. You can share what’s coming up for you presently, something you want to process, or something you want to seek council and get feedback on. 5-10 minute shares (including feedback time) depending on group size.
Closing - Individually sharing present moment feelings, & intention for the rest of the evening/tomorrow or another mindfulness exercise.

The answer is easy -- JUST SHOW UP :) Just pop in 5 minutes before meeting time to make sure you have time to grab a [virtual] seat.
